1. Scope and Interpretation

These betting rules govern the use of the Rr89 sportsbook and apply to all bets placed on events offered by the operator. The End User is any person who accepts these rules and uses the service in accordance with applicable law.

2. Definitions

End User means an individual who uses the sportsbook in accordance with these Rules.
Stake means the money entrusted by the End User to place a Bet.
Event means any sports or related event offered for betting.
Market means a specific bet on a defined outcome within an Event.
Odds means the quoted probability of an outcome at the time the bet is accepted.
Winnings means the amount payable to the End User in the event of a correct prediction.
Operator means the licensed entity operating the sportsbook under the Rr89 brand.

3. General Rules

All bets and Stakes are subject to these Rules and applicable law.
Only individuals of legal gambling age may place bets. Bets placed by underage users are void and funds are returned.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English language version governs the interpretation of these Rules.
Once a Bet is accepted, it cannot be reversed or changed. The sportsbook does not review requests to alter Stakes after acceptance.
Bets may be reviewed in the My Bets section to confirm acceptance and status.
Information published by the sportsbook for informational purposes does not constitute a warranty or a decision guide for betting.
Automated systems such as robots or scanners are prohibited. Bets placed by such systems may be canceled without notice.

4. Placing Bets

All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Rules and to applicable law.
Bets are valid only after explicit confirmation in the betslip. A bet is not considered accepted until confirmation.
Rr89 reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at any time.
Bet Types
- Single is a bet on a single outcome with payout equal to stake multiplied by odds.
- Combo is a bet on multiple independent outcomes, all of which must be correct. Payout equals stake times total odds.
- System is a collection of multiple combinations where each combination is staked equally. Payout equals the stake multiplied by the total odds of winning combinations.
- Bet Builder places multiple Market selections within the same Event and pays only if all selections win; availability is limited by sport and event.
- Cash Out allows early settlement of a bet under revised terms; availability may vary and the offer may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.
- Early Payout is a discretionary feature that may settle a bet before final match outcome if conditions in the offer are met. It may apply to single and multi bets and to Bet Builder in certain cases. Availability is not guaranteed and may be modified or removed at any time. Erroneous settlements may be corrected.
- Payout rounding clarifications state that if odds contain more than two decimal places the payout is rounded to two decimals, and total odds are calculated with higher precision while winnings are truncated to two decimals.

5. Market Types

Match via the 1X2 designation with outcomes Home, Draw or Away.
Correct Score requires the exact final score.
Over Under measures totals; if the total equals the line, the bet is void.
Odd Even bets on numerical parity of the final result.
Head to Head compares two or three participants in a direct contest.
Half Time Full Time records results at half and full time; the bet is void if the match format deviates from standard rules.
Period Betting targets outcomes within defined segments of the game.
Draw No Bet pays if the selected team wins; stake is refunded on a draw.
Handicap bets apply a pre event adjustment to the final score; if the adjusted result equals the line, the bet is void. Asian Handicap covers split stakes across two lines with partial win or loss possible.
Double Chance covers two outcomes at once such as 1X, 12 or X2.
Outright or Place bets on final standings or tournament winners and placement markets.
Race to X Points or Goals bets determine which side reaches a threshold first; bets are void if the condition is not met.
Scorer markets include First Scorer, Last Scorer and Anytime Scorer with rules regarding players who do not participate and own goals treated in accordance with official rulings; regular time applies unless stated otherwise.

6. Outright and Play or Pay

Outright markets operate on a play or pay basis. If a listed participant cannot take part, bets on that participant stand as lost. This applies to all listed participants in the market.
Head to head markets are exempt from play or pay if a listed participant is withdrawn; team based markets remain valid where applicable.

7. VAR and Disruptions

When a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with the on pitch ruling, bets placed in the interval between the original incident and the final decision may be voided. Settlements on bets not affected by the VAR decision remain valid. Final decisions taken before the match ends govern settlements for affected bets.

8. Time and Settlement Mechanics

Odds are presented to users with two decimal places. Total odds are calculated with higher precision and winnings are shown to two decimals.
The maximum period for settlement or re settlement of a betslip is thirty days.
If a match ends after a specified minute threshold, markets are settled on the full time result; if not, undecided markets may be voided.

9. Formats and Market Availability

Prematch and live bets use defined format schemes. If the duration of a match lies outside the defined ranges, markets may be void. Halftime duration for certain formats is total match duration divided by two. Rr89 reserves the right to modify formats and settlement rules; users accept these terms upon registration.

10. Compliance and Self Regulation

Rr89 applies identity verification and anti money laundering policies, supports responsible gaming, and enforces self exclusion or account suspension as required by regulatory obligations. Any disputes are resolved under applicable law and internal processes.
